BLOATING • HEADACHES • JOINT PAIN • ANXIETY • ACID REFLUX • FATIGUE • ASTHMA
Dry Skin • Depression • Autoimmunity • Brain Fog • High Blood Pressure • Constipation
Weight that won’t budge. Skin that doesn’t heal. Sleep that’s unsatisfying.
Medications that make it all worse.
These symptoms aren’t normal. Your genetics don’t make them your destiny.
And they don’t just come with aging.
Your body’s always working perfectly (cue the side eye).
It’s helped you to survive, right?
Now it’s up to you to take action to help it thrive.
I appreciate the skeptic who wants to consider all the details.
But what would you try if you believed you couldn’t fail?

2 Planning sessions
Once we’ve confirmed we’re a fit , I’ll conduct a comprehensive Functional Wellness Assessment of the detailed health journey that’s brought you here, from childhood illnesses to the latest diet you’ve tried and everything in-between. I’ll show you how to begin connecting the dots on what your body’s been trying to tell you through your symptoms.
Together, we’ll partner to prioritize your goals, understand your non-negotiables (we all have them), and outline important milestones. Using my signature 3R Method, we'll agree on preliminary steps to kickoff your personalized WellLife Plan with an recommitment to the Wellness Foundations.
3 virtual coaching sessions
Over approximately 12 weeks, we’ll initiate a series of small, targeted changes that result in big impact when implemented in the right order at a pace you and your body set. The 3R Method provides the framework for success. Bi-weekly coaching (and online chats in-between) allows for a review of how the body's responding so we can determine the best next step to more progress. Each session immerses you in a deeper understanding of how your body works and what it needs (and doesn’t), increasing your confidence as a health-savvy decision-maker.
1 virtual coaching session
As your preliminary dive comes to a close, we’ll revisit your goals, identify next steps, and identify where health partnership - with MLH and beyond - fits into your plan.
*The cost of lab testing is not included in services pricing. Options for conducting testing either through your current provider or online lab vendors will be provided should you opt to pursue it.
† The Wellness Deep Dive (WDD) package must be completed within 4 months of the date of your first session (i.e., Functional Wellness Assessment). Extension packages begin following completion of the last WDD session.
This move's too important not to be all in.
Consider booking a Functional Wellness Assessment. The $350 cost of this one-time consultation may be applied to a future Wellness Deep Dive package if purchased within 30 days of your completed assessment.
Real Results. Real Women.
see What others SayingHow long will it take me to see progress?
Each body is different and so is their rate of healing. I’ll meet you where you are and collaborate with you on a game plan that fits your needs and preferences. “Fast fixes” aren’t part of a functional medicine approach, but “fast action” in the form of next steps is. While recognizable changes are typical within 3-6 months, the timeline for full resolution of symptoms differs for each person.
Does my health insurance cover your services?
The short answer is “maybe” but you will need to consult your medical provider. Using funds from a Health Savings or Flexible Spending Account may be an option, but often requires specific documentation to have your claim approved. Many providers require a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) in addition to a receipt.
Do you offer more than nutrition and exercise plans?
Whole food nutrition and movement are two wellness basics you can count on discussing as part of your WellLife Plan, however, I do not offer formal meal or fitness plans/programming. Brainstorming with you to identify healthy meals, snacks, and activity or workout options, however, is core to our sessions. We’ll also explore helpful tools and resources you can tap into for long-term success.
Do I have to purchase supplements and lab testing as part of the program?
No. In our experience, most lab work won’t change where we start so it’s not a requirement. That said, lab work – especially basic blood chemistry - can be a valuable tool in our work together, and progress may be slower without this data. More specific functional testing (e.g., hormones, stool, etc.) can offer insights blood work cannot and is available. We approach supplements from the same perspective, though will certainly discuss the quality of any supplements you may be using today and share with us at intake. Please note that we use lab testing to support client education only. More Life+Health does not offer medical services and so does diagnose, treat, or prescribe.
What happens at the end of my package?
You and your body will determine the pace of your program. As we approach the end of your initial package, we’ll do a milestone check-in and discuss progress against your intake goals. From there, we’ll either co-create a transition plan you can manage on your own or discuss options for continuing our work together.
How do I know if I’m a good fit for the one-on-one program?
One-on-one coaching is intensive, up close and personal, and intended for the person who’s eager to be an active participant in the get-well process. More Life & Health will provide guidance, clinical insight, tools, and coaching but you will have to do the work. Every client’s success looks different and is achieved at a different pace. That said, there are two items that, in our experience, can sabotage success from the start: Enrolling to satisfy someone else’s goals for you. If you’re not inspired to do this for yourself right now, please wait until you are.
Severe emotional trauma is contributing to your health issues. The mental, emotional, and spiritual components of our lives are integral to our wellness and, therefore, naturally show up in the health coaching process. Severe cases, however, are best supported by a professional mental health specialist trained to help you determine when you’re emotionally healthy enough to take on a new challenge. We’ll be ready when you are and open to partnering with your other health providers. If you’ve already invested what feels like way too much energy to still feel stuck, consider scheduling a HealthyFit Consult today to explore what we offer.
May I schedule a single session just to have my lab work reviewed?
No. Lab testing and education is limited to enrolled clients or past clients supporting their long-term health and wellness plan with check-ins.
Can I just apply for the Functional Wellness Assessment (FWA) rather than a full coaching package?
I appreciate the occasional need to “try before you buy” especially when YOU will be accountable for doing so much of the work. While action planning will not begin until your coaching sessions begin, the FWA can be very valuable on its own to shifting how you view your symptoms and getting well.
Policy Note: The investment in your FWA may be applied to the purchase of a Wellness Deep Dive Package if confirmed within six months of your completed FWA. After that date, you’ll need to reach out to MLH via email to set up a Revisit Call to determine next steps. A lot can change in six months, so it’s important that we confirm we’re still a good fit.
What do you offer that the doctors and specialists I’ve seen don’t?
I offer up-close-and-personal coaching support to, actually, implement the personalized recommendations we make. Whether you’ve worked solely with conventional practitioners (i.e., traditional Western medicine) or also explored alternative health professionals using more natural approaches, you’ve likely been handed a treatment plan you had to implement on your own. Connecting the dots of your health story, education, and guidance are our specialty to ensure you can stay accountable and successful.
Who is this program not for?
Savvy decision-makers don’t like surprises (neither do I), so in the spirit of complete transparency let’s get crystal clear about what won’t be included in our time together:
