Over the course of our time together, we discuss insights from the comprehensive intake form, medical symptoms questionnaire, and clinical lab work you submitted in advance. I share my preliminary recommendations for getting started and ask you to share your thoughts and intuition on both our conversation and next steps. If after all you learn you decide that now is just not the right time, no problem. I provide an email summary of our session discussion and look forward to reconnecting in the future. If you’re ready, we book a Wellness Deep Dive program and get started as soon as possible. |
